Software technology parks (STP):       

-  Running & Maintenance of Software Technology Park at Indore.
-  Expansion of Software Technology Park at Indore.
-  Setting up of Hardware and Software Technology Park at Bhopal.
-  Setting up of Software Technology Park at Gwalior.
-  Setting up of Software Technology Park at Jabalpur.

Calibration activities:

-  Running calibration labs at Bhopal which has got NABL accreditation in 2006.
-  Running calibration labs at Indore which is an STQC approved lab.

Consultancy and Marketing services:

-  Marketing activity of Computers and peripherals, Networking and Software
   Development.
-  Consultancy and Networking Activity.

Citizen centric services:

- The MP Online Limited in Collaboration has been set up with Tata Consultancy Services for providing citizen services, delivery and needs of Govt of Madhya Pradesh.

New projects:

- State Wide Area Network (SWAN) project to extend connectivity to the block level through NICNET/SWAN wherein 22 mission mode projects have been identified for the National e-governance action plan to be implemented in a phased manner in the next 3-4 years.

- Common Service Centers (CSC) are being established in the State for delivery of citizen centric services, an assisted project by the Department of Information Technology, Government of India.
