INVITATION OF BIDS for

MADHYA PRADESH STATE WIDE AREA NETWORK (MPSWAN) on BOOT Basis

       

M P State Electronics Development Corporation Ltd. (MPSEDC) the implementing agency for the MPSWAN project invites sealed bids from eligible bidders (Networking Solution Providers/System integrators) for Supply, Installation & Commissioning, and operation of the MP-SWAN as per the detailed specifications given in the tender document on Build Own Operate and Transfer (BOOT) Basis for a period of 5 years to carry data, voice, images and video traffic between various locations of the state of M P. The schedule of tendering process is as follows.

   
The tender document can be purchased from the office of MPSEDC Ltd from 27.04.07 to 30.05.07  from 10.30      AM  to 5.00 PM on all working days on payment of Rs 20000/- in cash or DD in favor of MPSEDC Ltd. The   Tender  document can also  be downloaded  from the websites www.mpsedc.com    or www.stpi.in and submitted   along    the document charges.

Pre Bid meeting will be held on 10th May 2007 in the office of MPSEDC Ltd. at 2.30 PM. Only those   bidders will be allowed to participate in the Pre-Bid meeting who have purchased the document  or   deposited the document  charges of Rs 20000/-

   
T  The last date for Submission documents is 31st May 2007 up to 3.00 PM in office of MPSEDC Ltd.

   The EMD & Pre Qualification Bid will be opened on 31st May 2007 at 4.00 PM in office of MPSEDC Ltd.
