INVITATION OF BIDS for
ESTABLISHMENT OF COMMON SERVICES CENTERS IN MADHYA PRADESH
(Under Common Services Centers Scheme of Govt. of India)

MPSEDC on behalf of Government of Madhya Pradesh, invites Bids on Public Private Partnership (PPP) model for a period of five years, from eligible public/private enterprises to set up, manage and operate 9232 CSCs. Bidders will be selected through a process in accordance with the requirements defined in the Request for Proposal (RFP).

    RFP documents can be purchased from the office of MPSEDC Ltd from 18.06.07 to 18.07.07 from 10.30 AM  to 5.00 PM on all working days on payment of Rs 10,000/- in cash or DD in favor of   MPSEDC Ltd, payable at Bhopal. The RFP can also be downloaded from the websites www.mpsedc.com or www.mp.nic.in/dit.

A Pre Bid meeting will be held on 28th June 2007 in the office of MPSEDC Ltd. at 2.30 PM. Only those   bidders will   be allowed to participate in the Pre-Bid meeting, who have purchased the document or   deposited the document charges with MPSEDC.

The last date for submission of bids is 19th July, 2007, 15:00 hours. Pre-Qualification Bids will be opened on the same day at 4.00 PM in office of MPSEDC Ltd.
